We recently discovered the easiest way to achieve perfectly crisp rockfish in under 15 minutes. We love this lean, mild fish. Its sweet flavor with a nutty accent lends itself well to multiple cooking techniques, making it one of our top sellers. Because of its versatility, we thought, “Why not try air frying it?” Once we got the process down, we quickly realized this may be our new favorite way to enjoy rockfish. If you’re ready to get your fish (air) fry on, then let’s get going!
