Air Fryer Fish n Chips

Learn how to make the perfect air fryer fish n chips that are easy to prepare and delicious! This recipe uses rockfish, which is a firm and meaty white fish with a mild flavor and flaky texture.

Ingredients

-1 lb of rockfish (or any other whitefish)

-1 cup all-purpose flour

-4 tsp paprika

-1 tsp garlic powder

-¼ tsp black pepper

-2 eggs beaten

-2 cups panko breadcrumbs

-Lemon wedges for serving

-Tartar sauce for serving

  1. In a small bowl mix together flour, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Beat two eggs into a separate bowl, and the breadcrumbs into a third bowl.
  2. Pat fish dry using a paper towel. Place the fish into the flour mixture, to the eggs, and then lastly into the breadcrumbs. Spray both sides with oil.
  3. Place fish into the air fryer nicely spaced apart and cook at 400F for 10-12 minutes until nice and golden brown, flipping them halfway through.
