Ingredients

Salt

Pepper

1.25 lbs Rockfish

3 tbs Butter

Directions

  1. Pat Rockfish dry and place onto tin foil
  2. Salt and Pepper both sides of Rockfish as much as you like and place your 3 tbs of butter on the fish
  3. Cover the top with tin foil and place onto your grill at medium heat
  4. Leave it on the grill for about 8-10 minutes
