Maybe we’re the only ones, but when we think of grilled seafood, our minds go straight to shrimp skewers! Shrimp skewers are easy and versatile, making them a top pick on our summertime menu. If you’re the dedicated backyard barbecue host, then these shrimp skewers are quickly going to become one of your staples. With only 4 minutes total of cook time, you’ll be able to whip these babies out in no time! Get your skewers soaking, because we’re about to skewer up some shrimp.
Grilled Shrimp Skewers
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 4 minutes
Total: 9 minutes
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and spray with nonstick spray.
If not already done, remove the shells from your shrimp and begin skewering them using pre-soaked skewers. (We recommend around 4 shrimp per skewer).
Once your shrimp are skewered, arrange them on a baking sheet lined with tin foil and drizzle as much of the Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing on it as you’d like. (If you’d like a stronger flavor, allow your shrimp to marinate for a longer period of time).
Once the grill is ready, place your skewers on the grill. Grill for 2 minutes before flipping, and grilling for another 2 minutes.
Once both sides have been grilled, you are ready to enjoy!
