Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 cups prepared white rice
- 8 tablespoons olive oil (or to taste)
- 1 rockfish fillet, cubed
- 1 tablespoon of your preferred seasoning (we used the Drunken Butcher’s Moneymaker Meat Rub)
Directions:
Heat your olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
While your olive oil heats up, cube your rockfish.
Add your cubed rockfish to the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes before flipping. Fry for another 3-4 minutes or until done, and remove from the heat.
Add some of your pre-cooked white rice to a bowl and top with cooked rockfish. (Drizzle with remaining olive oil from the bottom of the pan for extra flavor!)
