The weather is warming up, which means grilling season is just around the corner! Don’t go into it blind! Check out the seafood varieties that we love throwing on the grill:
1. Rockfish
Rockfish is a pretty common fish to grill. It’s mild flavor takes well to the heat of the grill, and it’s firm but flaky texture ensures that it doesn’t crumble too easily. You can grill it directly on the grates, in a foil pack, or even on a cedar plank!

2. Salmon
All salmon is great for grilling, but we particularly like Sockeye and Coho! Because of it’s high fat content, it stands up well to the heat of the grill. We recommend grilling it with the skin on, skin side down, or on a cedar plank!

3. Shrimp
Our Argentine Red Shrimp are delightful on the grills! Their sweet, tender flavor pairs nicely with the slight char from the grill. There is no better seafood variety to make grilled skewers with. For even better results, try double skewering your shrimp (one on each end), so that when you flip them, the shrimp don’t spin on the skewer.
